Riding a two-game losing streak, the No. 8 Duke Blue Devils got just what they needed; a matchup with the Miami Hurricanes.
Back on January 4, the Blue Devils opened a 33-point beatdown on the Hurricanes and on Tuesday night, it was a 30-point victory as Duke won, 89-59.
The Blue Devils came out firing out of the locker room, making six 3-pointers in the first nine and a half minutes. Compare that to the six 3-pointer Duke made in its loss to Louisville on Saturday evening.
Matthew Hurt led the way for Duke with 22 points on 8-of-11 shooting and 4-of-7 from 3-point range in addition to six rebounds, three blocks, and an assist.
