DURHAM – Duke long snapper Evan Deckers was named to the 2022 Patrick Mannelly Award watch list, the organization announced Monday.
Deckers was selected to the Patrick Mannelly Award watch list in 2021 prior to his third season as the primary long snapper for the University of Massachusetts.
The 6-4, 244-pound graduate transfer, lettered four years at UMass and played in 40 career games. The Avon, Conn., native earned Second Team All-Independent honors by Phil Steele just a season ago. Deckers helped the Minutemen kickers convert 27-of-36 FGs and 102-of-106 PATs during his tenure.
