DURHAM, N.C. – Senior Lexi Davidson represents Duke field hockey on the 2020 Preseason All-ACC Team while the Blue Devils were predicted to finish fourth following a vote by the league's head coaches.
Davidson returns for her senior campaign after starting all 21 contests as a junior. The Massachusetts native helped Duke's backline to seven shutouts and a 1.13 goals against average, which ranked seventh nationally.
As a team, the Blue Devils tallied 26 votes for a fourth-place finish. Duke's roster features seven starters from the 2019 season, including 13 letterwinners.
