Daniel Jones is now, officially, a NFL player as he and the New York Giants agreed to terms on his rookie contract Monday night, according to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network.
The Giants selected Jones with the No. 6 overall pick in the NFL Draft in April and the pick has received a lot of criticism from the media, fans, and other NFL personalities.
Jones started three seasons for the Blue Devils and for his career had a 59.9% completion rating along with 52 touchdowns and 29 interceptions with 8,201 total passing yards.
