We’re excited about potentially welcoming former Maryland star Juan Dixon, who is now the head coach at Coppin State, to Cameron Saturday.
Now it may not happen as Coppin State’s opener against Marshall has been canceled. We can’t find an official explanation but then again we don’t really need one at this point: it’s bound to be a Covid outbreak.
We don’t know yet what this means for Duke’s game Saturday against Coppin State but it can’t be good news.
That would push the opener to Michigan State in the Champion’s Classic which won’t be easy.
