DURHAM – Following her school-record seventh brace of the season at Alabama, Duke women's soccer standout earned yet another TopDrawerSoccer Team of the Week accolade on Tuesday.
It marked the sixth time this season Cooper earned TopDrawerSoccer Team of the Week honors on the year.
A native of Clarkston, Mich., Cooper registered a brace in a span of less than four minutes in the second half to even the score against the Crimson Tide in the NCAA Tournament Quarterfinals. She made her first shot attempt of the evening count as she received a pass from on the right side of the box and used her right foot to beat the Alabama goalkeeper to the far post to cut the lead to 2-1.
