DURHAM, N.C. – Former Duke All-America selection Ross Cockrell came back to Durham for the 2016 Pro Day and sat down with former teammate Dave Harding and Ryan Craig on the ESPN3 set.
During the 2015 season, Cockrell recorded two interceptions and 11 pass breakups while playing in 15 games for the Pittsburgh Steelers, including seven starts. Cockrell’s interceptions came against Baltimore and Oakland in the regular season before he recovered the fumble late in the fourth quarter of the Steelers’ victory against Cincinnati in the wild-card round of the playoffs. Cockrell signed a one-year contract extension with the Steelers in January.
