HILTON HEAD, S.C. – For the second straight day, Duke’s Sandy Choi continued to pace the second-ranked Blue Devils at the Darius Rucker Intercollegiate as the junior sits only two shots off the lead with 18 holes remaining at the 6,208-yard, par 71 Pete Dye Course at Long Cove Club in Hilton Head, S.C.
Choi, who hails from Seoul, South Korea, has turned in rounds of 71 and 70 for a 36-hole ledger of 141 and trails Virginia’s Lauren Coughlin and Vanderbilt’s Alexandra Farnsworth with a three-under-par, 141.
Duke kicked off its day on the back nine and shot tied for the second-lowest score of the day at five-over, 289.
