DURHAM, N.C.— In case you were not able attend the Duke women’s basketball celebration last week, the Blue Devil Network has provided the senior speech from Blue Devil senior Faith Suggs.
Suggs, a product of Flossmoor, Ill., was presented with the Senior Award and the Best Defender Awards at the celebration. She led the Blue Devils with 13 charges taken on the season, while finishing her career with 17 over her four years. She saw action in 30 contests and made 16 starts in her final year. Suggs came through big in the ACC Tournament notching a career-high 16 points to go along with seven rebounds, one assist and one steal in 27 minutes.
