DURHAM, N.C.—For the second time this season Duke seniors Jack Bruckner and Danny Fowler were named the ACC Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week, respectively, as announced by the ACC office Monday afternoon. Fowler shares the award with North Carolina’s Stephen Kelly, while Bruckner is the outright winner on offense after they helped lead Duke to an 11-8 win over No. 3 Notre Dame.
Riding 49-game point and nine-game goal scoring streaks, Bruckner tallied a game-high four goals to lead the 10th-ranked Blue Devils to the 11-8 victory over the third-ranked Irish.
