DURHAM, N.C.-- It’s a rarity for a student-athlete to return back to the program that he or she represented and competed for, but for Kendall Bradley, that’s exactly how it happened.
As a member of Duke women’s soccer from 2007-10, the midfielder is back as a resident physician in the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at the Duke University Medical Center.
Bradley garnered ESPN the Magazine All-Academic honors as well as All-ACC Academic honors, during her time as a Blue Devil. Although the team collectively saw success on the field during her time at Duke, it was Bradley’s individual efforts in the classroom that enabled her to attain these accolades and help lay the foundation for a bright future in the medical field.
