DURHAM, N.C. – Duke University standouts Celine Boutier and Leona Maguire, the last two WGCA National Player of the Year selections, are set to compete in The Evian Championship Sept. 10-13 at the 6,470-yard, par 71 Evian Resort Golf Club in France.
The Evian Championship marks the fifth and final major of the 2015 LPGA season. The Duke duo are two of only six amateur golfers competing this week.
Boutier will be competing in her home country of France as she is a product of Montrouge, France. She received the invitation to play in The Evian Championship after winning the Ladies’ British Open Amateur Championship over the summer in Northern Ireland.
