DURHAM – Duke Baseball (3-2) used scoring innings of four, five (twice) and six to run off with a 20-1 victory on Friday night to open the series against Baylor (2-3) at the Durham Bulls Athletic Park. The Blue Devils used 19 different players and collected 21 hits in the series opener.
HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Baylor Bears opened the scoring in the top of the second inning, singling to center field to plate the runner from second and lead 1-0.
- Freshman Tyler Albright singled through the left side to level the score at 1-1 with his first RBI of the season.
