DURHAM, N.C. – The Duke women’s tennis team earned its 30th-consecutive bid to the NCAA Team Championships and enter the event for the 31st time in program history, the NCAA announced Tuesday during its 2019 selection show. The Blue Devils were tabbed as a regional host site and will play the first and second rounds in Durham.
“We are honored that we are once again hosting the first two rounds of the NCAA Tournament,” head coach Jamie Ashworth said. “When we started with this group in January, one of our goals was to be able to play these first two rounds at home and it is something we are extremely proud of.
