DURHAM, N.C. – The Duke women's basketball team registered its fourth victory over the last five contests Sunday as the Blue Devils downed Georgia Tech, 58-46, in Cameron Indoor Stadium.
The Blue Devils improved to 11-9 overall and 5-4 in the ACC, while the Yellow Jackets fell to 14-6, 5-4. Duke improved to 9-2 on the season at home in Cameron.
Graduate Haley Gorecki led the Blue Devils with a game-high 18 points, while grabbing four rebounds, three steals and dishing three assists. Senior Leaonna Odom added 16 points, while sophomore Onome Akinbode-James chipped in 10 rebounds.
