DURHAM, N.C. - The Duke men’s and women’s fencing program will host the annual Duke Meet this weekend, scheduled for Feb. 6-7 in Card Gym. Both days of fencing will start at 8 a.m. and go until approximately 4:15 p.m.
Saturday will feature the men’s competition, followed by the women on Sunday. Sending men’s teams will be Duke, Brandeis, Johns Hopkins, Notre Dame, North Carolina and Penn State, while Duke, Brandeis, Notre Dame, North Carolina, Penn State and Temple will field women’s teams.
With two meets completed so far in the 2016 season, the ninth-ranked Duke men hold a season record of 11-4, while the Blue Devil women enter the weekend with an 11-5 team ledger.
