DURHAM, N.C. – Preseason is off and running for the Duke women’s soccer program, as the squad held their first team meeting of the 2019 season Monday and will take the field for the first practice of the new season Tuesday, Aug. 6.
Monday officially kicked off the 32nd season in program history as the players met with compliance, numerous support staff members and ran through the preseason schedule.
“This is always the most exciting time of the year,” head coach Robbie Church said. “For coaches, it’s the best time because we have three weeks where we are able to coach our team before the academic year starts.
