GREENSBORO, N.C. – Coming off a record-breaking win over North Carolina Sunday to close the regular season, the Duke women’s basketball team received the No. 8 seed in the upcoming ACC Tournament and will face ninth-seeded Virginia Thursday, March 3 at 2 p.m. The games will be played at the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, N.C.
Notre Dame received the No. 1 seed, while Louisville (No. 2), Syracuse (No. 3) and Florida State (No. 4) earned the top four seeds and received first round byes into Friday’s quarterfinal round.
Duke and Virginia will meet for the second time this year with the Blue Devils claiming a 67-52 victory in Durham, N.
