DURHAM, N.C. – The Duke men’s tennis team is set to begin its 2016 fall season Friday at the Duke James Bonk Invitational in Cary, N.C. The event will run through Sunday.
The squad brings back a wealth of experience and talent, having lost only two seniors to graduation last spring. Led by head coach Ramsey Smith entering his ninth season at the helm, Duke returns seven letterwinners in senior TJ Pura, juniors Nicolas Alvarez and Andrew DeJoy and sophomores Ryan Dickerson, Jason Lapidus, Vincent Lin and Catalin Mateas.
