Quinn, Canada Earn 2-1 Victory to Open Olympics
Canada opened its Olympic action Thursday with a, 2-1, come-from-behind victory over New Zealand. After giving up a goal in the 13th minute to New Zealand, Canada registered the equalizer in the 45th minute as Cloe Lacasse connected on the goal just before halftime.
In the second half, Evelyne Viens registered the game-winner in the 67th minute to give Canada the victory.
