DURHAM, N.C. – Four Duke student-athletes and two teams have been chosen to be honored by the ACC with the league's Top Six for Service Award. The accolade is presented annually to six student-athletes from each conference institution who demonstrates outstanding dedication to community service and outreach programs.
Both the Duke men's and women's golf programs along with Kyra Lambert (women's basketball), Lindsay Sapienza (women's fencing), Eoin Gronningsater (men's fencing) and Grace Garverick (rowing) were honored.
Lambert, a product of Cibolo, Texas, made her return to the court in 2019-20, after missing two straight years with knee injuries.
