DURHAM, N.C. –Following two weeks of training, the Duke men's soccer team took to Koskinen Stadium for the first time in 2020 with a 90-minute intrasquad scrimmage. In an even battle between Blue and White, it was a late goal from Scotty Taylor that made the difference in a 3-2 victory over Blue.
White had the better of possession in the early going as Blue sought to find its rhythm. Blue, settling down after the excitement of playing a full scrimmage for the first time, started to gain confidence and earned back-to-back corner kicks in the 15th minute.
