DETROIT, Mich. – While on field preparations are important during bowl week, Duke headed out Friday evening for its first Quick Lane Bowl experience, traveling to Fowling Warehouse.
The Blue Devils and Northern Illinois took part in an evening of Fowling, a combination of football, bowling and horseshoes. To play the game, you pick a partner and take turns throwing a football. The goal is to knock down all 10 of your opponents’ pins before they knock down yours.
Blue Devil Network let a few members of the program take turns with the camera to explain the event, and got a great look at David Cutcliffe taking his turn to knock down the pins.
