DURHAM, N.C.—The Duke University men’s soccer team recently was honored by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America for its work in the classroom during the 2014-15 academic year. The Blue Devils were one of four ACC programs to earn the College Team Academic Award from the organization.
Duke, Boston College, Clemson and Notre Dame all finished with at least a 3.0 cumulative grade point average last year. The Blue Devils sported the second highest GPA at 3.29. Duke is one of two ACC programs to have both the men and women’s teams honored.
The Blue Devils landed four players on the All-ACC Academic Team and 21 on the ACC Academic Honor Roll this past year.
