DURHAM — Making its 26th all-time appearance and second straight under head coach Kara Lawson, the Duke women's basketball team earned the No. 7 seed in the Portland 4 Region of the 2024 Division I NCAA Tournament.
Duke opens NCAA Tournament action vs. No. 10-seed Richmond in the First Round in Columbus, Ohio. On the other side of the bracket is No. 2 seed Ohio State and No. 15 seed Maine. Days, times and TV designations for the games have yet to be determined.
Sporting a 59-25 (.702) all-time ledger in the NCAA Tournament, Duke enters with a 20-11 overall record this season that includes four wins over ranked opponents.
