DURHAM – The 21st-ranked Duke softball team scored runs in every inning, including five in the first, to pick up a 10-2 five-inning victory over Campbell on Senior Day Wednesday evening at the Duke Softball Stadium.
With the win, the Blue Devils (35-10) finish their midweek schedule with an unblemished record at 4-0. Duke outhit Campbell (23-14), 10-3, as the Camels tallied two runs off a pair of home runs. Junior Deja Davis and senior Jameson Kavel led the Blue Devils with two hits apiece while senior Sydney Bolan registered a team-high two RBIs.
