WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – A small group of Blue Devils traveled to Winston-Salem, N.C., Saturday to compete at the UCS Invitational at the JDL Fast Track.
Starting the day off for Duke, senior Olivia Anderson led the Blue Devils in the women’s 800, clocking a personal-best 2:10.51 to finish second overall, less than a tenth of a second behind the winner. Fellow senior Allison Sturges and junior Gina Daniel joined Anderson in the race, placing fifth and 13th, respectively, with times of 2:15.
