DURHAM, N.C. – One of the Sunshine State’s best players is Durham bound, as head coach Marissa Young announced the signing of Florida standout Kamryn Jackson.
A native of Tampa, Fla., Jackson will join the Blue Devil once wrapping up her career at Sickles High School. Through her first three seasons, she owns a .380 average at the plate, tallying 57 hits, 50 runs, 44 runs batted in, 11 doubles, eight triples and three homers. The utility player also owns a .481 on-base percentage and .620 slugging clip heading into her senior year.
