DURHAM, N.C. – The Duke men’s cross country team held an awards banquet Thursday evening, honoring Blue Devils for their achievements across the 2018 fall campaign. Head coach Norm Ogilvie handed out three awards—Most Valuable Performer, Most Outstanding Single Performance and the Top Freshman Award.
Receiving Most Valuable Performer was senior co-captain Nikhil Pulimood, who was one Duke’s top runners this fall. Pulimood was among Duke’s top two finishers in four of his five races, including a second-place finish for the Blue Devils at the ACC Championships in Boston.
