DALLAS, Texas – The National Collegiate Baseball Writers Association (NCBWA) announced Wednesday the 10 finalists for the Stopper of the Year Award, presented to the nation's best relief pitcher.
Duke right-hander Charlie Beilenson was one of 10 finalists for the award, with the winner being announced on June 14 in Omaha, Neb., at the College World Series.
Beilenson, the All-ACC First Team relief pitcher and 2024 Dick Howser Trophy Semifinalist, tied the program record in a single season with 12 saves, posting a 2.01 ERA in his 34 appearances.
