We don’t know exactly what the ACC will be like on Day One, much less where its going, but it’s already distinguished itself in one regard: the driving force behind it getting on the air is largely composed of women.
It sounds like a group with some keen intelligence and they realize that the ACC fan base is not the same as every other conference: “If we mirrored another conference network, we failed because the ACC is so different,” Rosalyn Durant, the senior vice president of college networks said. “We threw all templates away early on.
