PORTLAND, Ore. – Boosted by a fifth consecutive round in the 60's from junior Adrien Pendaries, the Duke men's golf team posted a five-under score as a team and made a move up the leaderboard on Monday in the second round of the Nike Collegiate Invitational.
Pendaries is four shots off the individual lead with 18 holes to play on Tuesday, while the Blue Devils moved from ninth to seventh thanks to their five-under 279 on Monday at Pumpkin Ridge Golf Club.
Oklahoma (-31) extended its first-round lead with a 267 and is 15 strokes clear of second-place Wake Forest (-16).
