DURHAM, N.C. – Duke fencing head coach Alex Beguinet announced Thursday the 2017 fencing schedule. The spring slate features five regular season meets, including Duke’s annual home meet and the ACC Fencing Championships, before qualifying Blue Devils compete at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic/South Regional and the NCAA Fencing Championships.
The men’s and women’s Duke fencing teams kick off the 2017 season Jan. 15 at the Penn State Duals where they are set to compete against Penn State, Columbia, Yale, UPenn and Haverford. The women will include Temple in their list of competitors before heading back to the state of Pennsylvania for the Philadelphia Invitational Jan.
