TALLAHASSEE, FLA. – The Duke women’s cross country team saw two Blue Devils finish in the top three in the Junior Women’s 6K at the USATF Cross Country Championships at Apalachee Regional Park on Saturday morning.
“I think the experience overall of making the team and being at a higher level stage in El Salvador will be great for these freshmen,” said head coach Rhonda Riley. “This is both of their first races for the indoor season and they haven’t raced since the end of cross country, so for them to come out and compete and make the team is exactly what we came out to do.
