Balanced Scoring Keeps Duke Perfect

DURHAM, N.C.—Five different Blue Devils scored a goal and seven players registered at least one point as the Duke men’s soccer team bested Loyola 5-1 to remain perfect on the year. Jeremy Ebobisse led all scorers with a goal and two assists.

Duke improves to 4-0 overall heading into ACC play Friday night against fifth-ranked Virginia. Four of the Blue Devils five scorers registered their first tallies of the year, while rookie Ciaran McKenna notched the first of his collegiate career. Eleven of Duke’s 18 points in the game came from the sophomore class.

The Blue Devils jumped all over the Greyhounds from the opening whistle.
