DURHAM, N.C.—A trio of Blue Devils registered five points as sixth-ranked Duke used a six-goal second quarter to run to a 14-8 win over No. 9 Notre Dame in ACC men’s lacrosse action Saturday afternoon at Koskinen Stadium. Duke outscored the Irish 7-3 in the second half to capture its first ACC win of the year.
The Blue Devils improve to 9-3 overall and 1-2 against league foes. They are now 6-1 at home with four of the six victories coming against top 10 opponents. Notre Dame falls to 5-4 overall and 1-2 in the ACC.
