PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Grayson Allen scored 22 of his game-high 29 points in a blistering first half and fourth-seeded Duke held on to beat 12th-seeded Yale 71-64 in their second round NCAA Tournament game on Saturday afternoon at the Dunkin’ Donuts Center. Brandon Ingram added 25 points for the Blue Devils.
