Duke will make its 26th appearance in the Sweet 16 on Friday, looking to improve on its No. 1-ranked all-time winning percentage in the NCAA Tournament (110-36, .753).
Led by head coach Mike Krzyzewski, the Blue Devils will look to “cross the bridge,” as characterized by the all-time winningest coach in college basketball.
“If you want to cross other bridges, you got to get over this one first,” said Krzyzewski. “I’m proud of our group, that they’ve been able to get [here].”
The Blue Devils will take on the Orange of Syracuse at CenturyLink Center in Omaha, Neb.
