DURHAM, N.C. – Recent Blue Devil graduate was selected to the 2018-19 Google Cloud Academic All-District® 3 Women’s At-Large Team, as announced by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA) Thursday.
The academic accolade comes less than a week after Aitchison graduated from Duke with a degree in neuroscience and minors in chemistry and biology. She was named to the All-ACC Academic Team for the second time in her career earlier this month and is a two-time College Swimming & Diving Coaches Association of America Scholar All-America first team honoree pending this year’s release. She was also named to the ACC Academic Honor Roll each season and earned CSCAA Scholar All-America honorable mention recognition in 2016.
