Rematch with the Irish Awaits
For the first time in his Duke coaching tenure, John Danowski will face an ACC team twice in the regular season when it hosts No. 2 Notre Dame for a second game in 12 days between the rivals. Duke, currently ranked third in the polls, has met the Irish the most of any of its regular season foes in postseason action, going 7-3 in rematches in either the ACC or NCAA Tournament. The Blue Devils are 4-0 versus Notre Dame when they have lost the regular-season matchup.
