We thought it would be interesting to look at Duke’s all-time McDonald’s All-Americans and their NBA careers.
Caveats: this is a very general list. We define success as a five-year career. Some guys transferred, some guys were clearly overrated coming into college and some guys had serious injuries that limited their professional accomplishments. And obviously some guys haven’t met the required five-year limit yet so they’re listed as TBD.
Even so, it’s a pretty impressive list and no one has had more McDonald’s All-Americans than Duke.
