Ashley Twichell represented the U.S. last summer at the Tokyo Olympics, taking seventh place in the 10,000-meter open water swim 10 years after graduating from Duke. A long-distance freestyle specialist, she won the ACC championship in the 1650 free as a sophomore and senior, and competed in the NCAA Championships all four years, with a best finish of fifth in the 1650 as a senior.
