15 Individuals, 2 Teams Will Represent Duke in 2015 East Regional Hoping to Advance to NCAA Finals

The qualifiers for the NCAA Preliminary Meet regionals were recently released by the NCAA Division I Men’s and Women’s Track and Field Committee for the 2015 men’s and women’s outdoor track and field championships, and the Blue Devils will have 15 individuals and 2 relay teams competing in the East Preliminary Round based on their performances throughout the season and in the conference championship meet.

Duke had 11 individuals and 2 relay teams qualify for the women’s preliminary meet including  graduate student Erica Brand (discus), grad student Jessie Rubin (10,000 m), senior Elizabeth Kerpon (200 m), junior Anima Banks (800 m), junior Megan Clark (pole vault), junior Madison Granger (1,500 m), junior Maddie Morrow (high jump), redshirt junior Karli Johonnot (high jump), redshirt junior Teddi Maslowski (100m hurdles, long jump)sophomore Madeline Kopp (400 m), and freshman Madison Heath (pole vault).
