WASHINGTON – Duke star Jason Williams, catalyst of Duke’s 2001 national championship run and a two-time National Player of the Year, will be honored Friday as part of the 2016 class of ACC Basketball Legends presented by New York Life.
In today’s 1 on 1 with Coach K, head coach Mike Krzyzewski discusses the remarkable career of Williams, who ranks eighth on Duke’s all-time scoring list with 2,079 career points, and his rising stardom as a basketball analyst for ESPN.
The Legends class will be featured at the annual ACC Legends Luncheon, which will be held Friday, March 11, at noon at the Washington Marriott Marquis Hotel.
