LINCOLN, Neb. - The Drake University women's tennis team dropped a 4-1 decision to Wyoming in a neutral-site match Sunday, Feb. 10, morning.
(Moscow, Russia) earned the Bulldogs' lone point of the match with a 6-4, 6-0 win over Tessa van Der Ploeg at No. 1 singles. That win drew the Bulldogs within a point in the match at 2-1, but Wyoming (4-4) followed with wins at No. 6 and No. 3 singles to secure the win for the Cowgirls.
The Bulldogs (3-5) remain on the road for their next matches when they travel to Milwaukee, Wis.
