DES MOINES, Iowa – The Drake University women's basketball team hosted its annual media day on Tuesday afternoon inside the Knapp Center.
Excitement surrounds the program as the Bulldogs won their third-straight Missouri Valley Conference regular season title in 2018-19, marking the first three-peat in program history and just the fifth in MVC history. Drake won 27 games and qualified for its third-consecutive and 13th-overall NCAA Tournament. The Bulldogs aim in 2019-20 to go dancing for the fourth-straight year, which would be a first for the program.
