The Drake track & field program will open the 2022 outdoor season at the Viking Relays hosted by Grandview University on Saturday, March 26. Events are set to begin at 11 a.m. at Grandview Stadium in Des Moines. Live results and live video are not available.
HIGHLIGHTS FROM MVC INDOOR CHAMPIONSHIPS
Jaymie O'Connor won the first gold medal of the day after compiling 3,357 points in the women's pentathlon (60 hurdles, high jump, shot put, long jump and 800 meter run). That score ranks seventh in the Drake women's indoor track & field record book.
