Drake track & field is competing at the Wartburg Outdoor Select meet in Waverly, Iowa, April 1-2 with the hammer throw beginning the festivities on Saturday while the remaining Bulldog athletes will compete on Sunday.

Anthony Barmes won the Wartburg Outdoor Select hammer throw on Saturday, April 1 with a heave of 220-09 while Ethan Marshall (200-03) and Adam Phillips (194-06) earned second and third respectively.
Centaine Noom-Duckworth (171-04) finished fourth while freshman Chinemerem Iwuagwu (146-00) was 12th.
