The Drake University softball team had three student-athletes chosen to the 2021 All-Missouri Valley Conference teams, the MVC announced Wednesday, May 12.
Senior Macy Johnson and sophomore Emily Valtman were named to the All-MVC First Team while senior Libby Ryan was selected to the All-MVC Second Team.
This is the third career All-MVC selection for Johnson, who earned second team accolades as a freshman in 2018 and first team honors as a junior in 2019 (no All-MVC teams in 2020 due to the cancellation of conference play due to COVID-19 pandemic).
