| Box Score 2 CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – The Drake University softball team split its pair of games Saturday at the Doc Halverson UNI-Dome Tournament.
Drake (1-2) rallied for a 9-6 win over Butler in the morning before South Dakota State came back for a 7-6 victory in the afternoon.
In the victory over Butler, freshman Emma Richards earned her first career win in the circle.
Fellow freshman Addie Lightner doubled down the left field line in the first against the Jackrabbits scoring Emily Valtman and Delaney Taylor for the early 2-0 lead.
